+ Can I use Blue Intellect if I work through any agency or client?
Yes, you can work with any recruitment agency or directly with a client. Just send us approved timesheets and we will do the rest.
+ Can I still be self-employed?
Yes - just choose the EASY Freelancer.
+ How much will Blue Intellect charge?
We charge you £20 for every week you work. We do not charge you for joining, when you are not working or if you leave.
+ How do I claim expenses and what to do I do with the receipts?
EASY Freelancer – You do not need to do anything as you are automatically allowed 5% of your income as a tax free allowance by the Taxman.
PAYE Freelancer – Email us your expense form every week and send us the receipt once a month. You can get a copy of the expense form from our downloads page.
+ When will I be paid?
We will pay you as soon as we have collected your money from your agency or client.
However, If you are working through one of our approved agencies or clients we will pay you every week, no matter whether we have collected your money or not.
+ How do I get paid?
It's simple.
Let us know where you are working.
Fax or email your timesheets every MONDAY to ensure you get paid as soon as possible.
PAYE Freelancer members fax or email your expense claim form on MONDAY to ensure that your pay is calculated correctly. Don’t forget to keep the original receipts and send them in once a month.
You don’t have to worry we will pay you every week by BACS directly into your bank account.
And, if you need a same day payment we can process that for £15 for you.
