First and foremost, it is very much advisable that you learn to plan your work properly, and be sure to include breaks in your itinerary. This will help reduce your stress and make your operations smoother. You will avoid last minute scrambling and frustrations as well. With enough breaks also, you will have more brainpower to tackle all the challenges in your job.
If you constantly work in front of your computer, make it a priority to have proper lighting in your work area. The brightness of your monitor and the lights in the room should be more or less equal to avoid eye strains. Again, take plenty of breaks away from the PC. Get up and do some exercises as well so that your muscles do not lose strength. Additionally, do not eat in front of your computer. This will just encourage the germs to propagate in your area, plus spilled liquids can be a hazard to your equipment.
Aside from these, make sure that you eat healthy foods only such as fruits and vegetables. If you need something to boost your energy, do not turn to sugary foods as these can be harmful. Get a break and do some exercises instead to alleviate drowsiness. Finally, always keep in mind that good health is essential for anybody's success!
